Since transferring to this GP surgery last year, I have rarely had to visit but each time I have called or made an E-consult I have been seen or responded to in a very timely manner. My prescription has always been put through immediately and reception team are always very accommodating and polite!
The receptionist were helpful and the self checkin automatic system in brilliant as I didn’t have to wait to speak to the receptionist to let them know I’ve arrived at my appointment.

I recently submitted an econsult that was dealt with on the same day, a referral was sent and had an appointment at the hospital a week later. You can not ask for better than that.
