Non-urgent advice: Requesting an appointment
The quickest way to get your medical problem dealt with is to submit an e-consult via our website. All e-consults received before 4.30pm will be triaged on the same day. You will then receive a response from a Clinician or a member of the Admin team telling you when the Clinician will contact you or offering you a face to face appointment.
If you request a specific GP or a particular site, then you may be asked to wait longer. If you are unable to access the website you can contact the practice by telephone. If you need an on the day appointment you will be booked into a telephone triage clinic and either the Duty doctor or the Urgent Care Practitioner will ring you. Unfortunately we are unable to specific a time for this call.

For urgent, same-day appointments, please note that you may not be able to choose a specific doctor or time. However, if you prefer to see a particular doctor or require a specific timeslot, we will do our best to accommodate you with the next available non-emergency appointment.
Non-urgent advice: Please Note
Appointments at our GP practice near London are set for 10 minutes and are intended to address one problem only. If you feel you need to discuss more than one issue, please submit an e-consult for each concern or inform reception at the time of booking.

Since transferring to this GP surgery last year, I have rarely had to visit but each time I have called or made an E-consult I have been seen or responded to in a very timely manner. My prescription has always been put through immediately and reception team are always very accommodating and polite!
The receptionist were helpful and the self checkin automatic system in brilliant as I didn’t have to wait to speak to the receptionist to let them know I’ve arrived at my appointment.
Lewis was absolutely amazing and passionate about his job. NHS needs more doctors like Dr Lewis. Thank you for being great.
I have been a patient with this surgery for many years. Reception staff are also polite and try their best to help where they can. I recently submitted an econsult that was dealt with on the same day, a referral was sent and had an appointment at the hospital a week later. You can not ask for better than that.
I completed an e-consult form online and had a telephone appointment with Dr Chris. He provided a great service, he listened as I told him about my concerns and understood the course of action that needed to take place for the next steps that will help me.
I’m happy with the end result.
