Our friendly and experienced reception staff are on hand to guide you to the most appropriate clinical professional for your needs. To provide you with the best possible care, they may ask a few brief questions about your visit. Rest assured, your health and well-being are always our top priorities.
Since transferring to this GP surgery last year, I have rarely had to visit but each time I have called or made an E-consult I have been seen or responded to in a very timely manner. My prescription has always been put through immediately and reception team are always very accommodating and polite!
The receptionist were helpful and the self checkin automatic system in brilliant as I didn’t have to wait to speak to the receptionist to let them know I’ve arrived at my appointment.

I have been a patient with this surgery for many years. Reception staff are also polite and try their best to help where they can. I recently submitted an econsult that was dealt with on the same day, a referral was sent and had an appointment at the hospital a week later. You can not ask for better than that.
I completed an e-consult form online and had a telephone appointment with Dr Chris. He provided a great service, he listened as I told him about my concerns and understood the course of action that needed to take place for the next steps that will help me.
