Men’s Health Week 2025: Time to Take Action

Posted on:

10–16 June 2025 is Men’s Health Week, and this year we’re encouraging all men to take simple steps toward better physical and mental wellbeing.

Men are less likely to seek help for health concerns — but early action can make a big difference. Whether it’s getting a health check, talking about mental health, or making lifestyle changes, now is the time to take charge.

What You Can Do:

  • Book a Men’s Health Check: Speak to our team about blood pressure, cholesterol, weight, and prostate health.
  • Get Active: Even small changes like walking more or joining a local class can boost your physical and mental health.
  • Talk About Mental Health: You’re not alone — speaking to a GP, friend or counsellor can help.
  • Quit Smoking & Cut Back on Alcohol: Ask us about free support services.
  • Know Your Risk: If you’re over 50, ask about prostate checks.

Let’s change the conversation around men’s health. It’s time to take action.
